Hitmaker Spins Philip Lawrence New York Condo Back…

Grammy-collecting songwriter and record producer Philip Lawrence, best known for his hitmaking association with Bruno Mars as well as for his musical handiwork with artists like Adele, Flo Rida, Wiz Khalifa, and CeeLo Green, has spun his glammed-up Manhattan pied-a-terre back on the market at $7.35 million.
