Five-unit portfolio at Olympic Tower in NYC asks $…

A “vertical compound” portfolio of multiple separate condos at Olympic Tower in Midtown has hit the market for $34 million.

The units, at 641 Fifth Ave. — beside St. Patrick’s Cathedral — total 10 bedrooms over five apartments on the 23rd, 31st, 33rd and 49th floors — all with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and dazzling city views.

The 51-story building was developed by Aristotle Onassis in 1975; he was married to Jackie around the same time.

Former owners at the address have included dictators like the late Ferdinand Marcos, arms dealers like the late Adnan Khashoggi — and even Hollywood stars like Nic Cage. That said, the actor’s former home there is on the market for a now-reduced $14.95 million, as Gimme Shelter recently reported. The Gucci sisters, Alessandra and Allegra — whose mom, Patrizia Reggiani, was convicted and jailed for hiring a hit man to murder their father, Maurizio Gucci — also own a duplex penthouse there. That has been on and off the market since 2015, and now asks $35 million for sale.
