After a year of ownership, Nick and Vanessa Lachey have listed their California farmhouse for $7.5 million, according to Robb Report. The Love is Blind hosts scooped up the 8,200-square-foot Encino property for $6.8 million last summer after moving out of their Honolulu home following the cancellation of NCIS: Hawaiʻi, which Vanessa starred in for three seasons. It’s unclear where the Lacheys are headed next, but if their next pad is anything like their previous homes, it will be a contemporary-style sprawl with luxurious amenities.

The 2023-built SoCal dwelling they have listed offers up six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a basement full of entertainment-focused features, and open-plan living spaces united by light oak floors, white walls, and modern lighting fixtures. A firepit-warmed living area flanks the left side of the front entry, while a great room to the right has a dining area, a sleek kitchen with a huge eat-in stone island, and another living space equipped with pocket doors that spill out to the resort-style backyard. Outdoors, the half-acre plot features a turf lawn, a covered terrace, a barbecue kitchen, a fire pit lounge, a basketball court, a cabana, and a rectangular pool with a spa.
Down a modern wooden staircase, the lower level has marble floors, a bank-grade safe, a wet bar with a wine wall, a living room with a ping-pong table, a gym, and a plush tiered theater.
Though the Lacheys, who were wed in 2011 and share three children, work together as reality television co-hosts, they keep the drama that comes with it far from their luxurious digs. “I think the best thing you can do is not bring your work home with you,” Nick said in an interview last month. “So, I think that’s our golden rule. It’s ‘Don’t bring work home. Don’t bring home to work.’ Try and keep it as separate as you can.”
