Brad Pitt’s loss is now Austin Butler’s gain.

The “Elvis” actor has snapped up Pitt’s sleek Los Angeles lair, shelling out $5.2 million for the midcentury-modern home just three months after it was burglarized, according to TMZ.

Known as “The Steel House,” the 2,000-square-foot L-shaped residence is a minimalist’s dream: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass, a built-in sauna and a swimming pool all tucked into a handsome profile.

But the house’s open design may have made it too accessible.

In late June, while Pitt was in Tokyo, intruders breached the property through its front windows and ransacked it for nearly 10 minutes before fleeing with an undisclosed haul.

The incident sparked concern among neighbors, who had long questioned the home’s modest fencing and visibility from the street.

The home lacked round-the-clock security unless Pitt was in residence — a vulnerability that burglars allegedly exploited when neighborhood patrols ended their shift. The “Fight Club” star quickly ramped up security following the break-in, but the experience may have accelerated his departure.
