Mark Wahlberg paid $37M for a Florida estate

Actor Mark Wahlberg is moving his family even further afield from Hollywood.

The Academy Award nominee and entrepreneur just purchased a $37 million lakefront estate in one of South Florida’s most exclusive enclaves. Wahlberg and his wife, Rhea Durham, left behind California in 2022 for Las Vegas.

Reasons for Wahlberg’s most recent move are unclear, but the family’s new digs come with a uniquely high level of privacy, massive lot sizes and easy access to all the high-end attractions of Palm Beach.

Wahlberg’s newly renovated home, dubbed Palazzo di Lago, is located in Stone Creek Ranch. Located west of Delray Beach, the gated haven lures in high-end buyers with the promise of privacy and exclusivity. The 187-acre enclave has even earned the local moniker of “Billionaires’ Row,” and counts New York Mets owner Steve Cohen among its few residents.

The contemporary Italian mansion snapped up by Wahlberg and co. was renovated by developer Aldo Stark of the firm of Prestige Design Home. The property sits on 2.5 lakefront acres and boasts roughly 18,000 square feet of interiors.

County records indicate Wahlberg paid roughly $32.6 million for the property. Furniture included in the deal rounded out the rest of its $37 million price tag. Stark was represented by Seanda Adžem of Douglas Elliman. Michael Costello of Compass represented Wahlberg.

Costello declined to share client details with The Post, but emphasized the sought-after perks of Stone Creek Ranch.
