Riki Lindhome reconnected with her longtime friend Fred Armisen around four years ago when they were both starring in the Netflix show Wednesday as a therapist and Uncle Fester, respectively. Romance soon sparked for the fellow actors and comedians—she best known as one-half of the satirical music duo Garfunkel and Oates, and he an SNL alum and a co-creator of Portlandia—and they wound up tying the knot at a small courthouse ceremony in June 2022. Lindhome, who had been planning on becoming a single mom, welcomed her son, Keaton, via a surrogate three months before the wedding.
Though Lindhome and Armisen ultimately settled in a French Normandy-style spread in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles that they bought from producer Lauren Lexton in 2022 for $4.3 million, she’s hung on to an alluring midcentury-modern abode in Culver City that she picked up in 2019 for $2.3 million. Now, after renting the post-and-beam pad for a few years, she’s decided to part ways with it for a dash under $2.8 million. Debbie Weiss of Compass holds the listing.

The moment I walked through the door I felt an instant connection, a pull that told me that this was the one…it was really love at first sight. This home became my sanctuary. As I prepare to pass it on to its next caretaker, I hope they’ll feel the same spark I did!”
