
What’s old is new again for Will Arnett.
A trust tied to the actor and comedian has closed on a $10.6 million condo at Morton Square in the West Village — the very same building where Arnett and his now ex-wife Amy Poehler once owned several units.
Crain’s first reported the sale, with Arnett’s new “multi-level, townhouse-style home” featuring four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
Arnett, 55, is known for his comedic roles in hit TV series like “Arrested Development,” and “Bojack Horseman,” as well as hosting the podcast “SmartLess” with Sean Hayes and Jason Bateman.
The 3,700-square-foot condo also features a living room with a fireplace, a primary suite with a walk-in closet and a basement-level gym, per Crain’s.
Arnett first moved into Morton Square more than 20 years ago.
Back in 2004, he and Poehler purchased a $1.73 million condo in the building, one year after they tied the knot. Records indicate that the duo sold the fifth-floor unit for $2.2 million in 2007.
The couple purchased two other contiguous units in the building in 2007 and 2010, according to Mansion Global. They later turned the two condos into one big apartment where they lived with their sons, Archie, 17, and Abel, 15.
Arnett and Poehler divorced in 2016. The following year, Poehler bought out Arnett’s share of the apartment, paying him $6.49 million.
