London-born DJ Samantha Ronson and her partner, the beauty mogul Cassandra Grey, are listing their glam Tribeca home for $12 million.
Ronson, who’s also a songwriter, is also known for her siblings. They include her fraternal twin sister, the fashion designer Charlotte Ronson — and her Grammy- and Oscar-winning brother, the DJ music producer Mark Ronson, who just had a baby with Grace Gummer, daughter of Meryl Streep.
Samantha’s ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan — they were briefly a tabloid sensation in the late aughts — also just announced her pregnancy via social media. Samantha wished the star “all the best,” telling TMZ: “It’s always great news when someone is expecting a baby.”
Meanwhile, Grey, the widow of former Paramount studio boss Brad Grey and mom to their child, Jules, sold her company Violet Grey to Farfetch last year.
As for their home, it’s a condo at 108 Leonard St. with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a powder room.
The building itself is landmarked and was designed by McKim, Mead & White, and restored by Jeffrey Beers International. In 2019, Gimme Shelter reported that Mark Ronson had eyed an apartment inside the building.
Located on the tower’s 15th floor, the unit is a roomy 2,910 square feet — and comes with an additional 973 square feet of outdoor space across four terraces.
