After almost six years of ownership, which included a couple of brief stints on the rental market, Nick Zano has decided to part ways with his home tucked deep into the unincorporated Monte Nido wilderness between Malibu and Calabasas. The veteran actor—probably best known for his role as Vince in the sitcom What I Like About You—is asking a smidge under $3.3 million for the secluded spread, which he and his long-term fellow acting partner Leah Renee originally acquired for nearly $1.6 million back in summer 2018.
Resting beyond a remote cul-de-sac street and double wood gates, the private residence is sequestered amid park-like grounds dotted with mature oaks and a seasonal creek. Built in the early 1960s and completely remodeled in the years since, the rustic ranch-style house is painted an off-white color with green trim and includes three bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms in a little more than 2,200 square feet of single-level living space rife with polished concrete floors, vaulted ceilings, casement windows, and designer finishes throughout.
