A bunch of celeb divorce homes are listing and sel…

Lily Allen and David Harbour aren’t the only celeb homeowners moving to Splitsville.

The past year’s celeb divorces have led to some seriously buzzy listings and recent sales — giving a strong impression that the market is quite hot for them.

Allen’s release of her newest album “West End Girl,” has been dubbed a post-divorce “revenge” album, following reports of her split from “Stranger Things” actor David Harbour late last year. Lyrics throughout the album allude to an unnamed partner’s infidelity, sparing very few details. Allen’s title song, “West End Girl,” recalls her feeling pressured to buy a brownstone she couldn’t afford.

That apparently doomed marital home, it appears, is up for sale.

Allen and Harbour’s shared townhouse in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn listed over the weekend for nearly $8 million, The Post previously reported. The pair purchased the home for $3.35 million in early 2021.

The lyrics in “West End Girl” point strongly to the sprawling pad.

“Now I’m looking at houses with four or five floors / And you’ve found us a brownstone, said ‘You want it? It’s yours,”’ Allen sings.

She goes on: “So we went ahead and we bought it / Found ourselves a good mortgage / Billy Cotton got sorted / All the furniture ordered / I could never afford this / You were pushing it forward / Made me feel a bit awkward / Made me feel a bit awkward.”

If the home sells at ask, the divorced pair will more than double their investment.

Plenty of other celebrity bust-ups have ended in successful home sales over the past year.
