Actor Blaise Ffrench eyes chic $1.26M Brooklyn con…

Blaise Ffrench is an actor, entrepreneur and now a real estate investor — with 3.5 million followers and counting on Instagram.

After Ffrench made bank with Coca-Cola’s buy out of BodyArmor, the energy drink, for $5.6 billion, the investor bought a West Coast home in Hollywood.

But Ffrench tells Gimme Shelter he’s simply a New Yorker at heart.

He’s currently renting out his Hollywood home — temporarily living with his grandma in Florida — and in talks to buy a unit at a new luxury building in Greenpoint.

The Huron is a 13-story new-construction building at 29 Huron designed by architect Morris Adjmi. The Brooklyn condo is an 824-square-foot one-bedroom with a den that can be converted into a second bedroom — and a 320-square-foot balcony with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline — all for around $1.26 million.

“I love the area,” Ffrench told Gimme. “Being a kid from Queens, I love that it is right on the border of Queens, but in a very happening area of Brooklyn with an amazing view of Manhattan, so it’s the best of both worlds. You can’t lose.”

Ffrench says he’s currently “in negotiations” for the apartment. “With interest rates being what they are, I’m just trying to come up with a good number, a fair deal,” he said.

It’s been a busy year for Ffrench, who was in “The Code” TV series and will now be in the upcoming films “Plan B” and “#FamilyMan.”
