Emma Stone Sold Her Clifftop Malibu House – DIRT

Less than two months after she put her all-white Malibu residence up for sale — following the purchase of an elegant new Austin home — award-winning actress Emma Stone has already handed the keys to her renovated midcentury ranch-style house directly overlooking Las Tunas Beach to a new owner.

Records indicate the buyer is David Cooley — longtime owner of The Abbey Food & Bar, one of the best-known establishments in West Hollywood — who forked over $4.4 million for the place, or nearly $1.2 million more than the “Cruella” and “La La Land” star paid for the unchanged property barely four years ago, back in May 2018.

Topping it all off is an attached two-car garage, which is currently being used as a game room/office area/recreation space.
