First hitting the market in September for $3.65 million, the “Uncut Gems” star, 33, scored a deal.
She paid $900,000 down, and received a $2 million loan from First Republic just weeks before the bank’s collapse, the Real Deal reported.
Pegged as a “rare opportunity,” the residence is in the heart of the Mount Morris Park Historic District.
Actor Neil Patrick Harris and his husband, David Burtka, set a neighborhood record when they sold their nearby townhouse for $7.1 million last May.
