Amid rumors she’s been texting with A-Rod, former “Real Housewives of New York City” star-turned-Douglas Elliman broker Kelly Bensimon is close to passing $100 million in sales this year.
We hear she’s about to sell a $3 million duplex in Nolita’s famed Police Building.
A source said, “She listed it and had an accepted offer in one day!”
The ex-model, 53, even appeared in the listing’s staging images — including a pic holding a fluffy little dog, plus a shot sitting on a couch, and in the kitchen, as well.
She reps properties in New York City, the Hamptons and Florida and has also recently expanded into Europe with Knight Frank.



The two-bedroom apartment at 240 Centre Street has “double height” 16-foot ceilings, with a “dramatic chandelier and remarkable oversized windows,” according to a listing. It also has, “elegant European ambiance with classic finishings, radiant Venetian plaster and modern attitude.”
The landmark building served as NYPD headquarters from 1909 to 1973.
Bensimon was seen celebrating at the inaugural Bryant Park holiday event, Elliman on Ice, this week. A source said of the party also included “200 other agents” with “outdoor ice skating and hot chocolate are on the menu” — and that “CEO Scott Durkin wowed the crowd with his figure skating prowess. People were amazed.”
