National Development Secures Major Lease Renewals …


The District

BURLINGTON, MA— National Development has announced a trio of significant long-term lease renewals at The District, its 1.3 million-square-foot mixed-use campus in Burlington, Massachusetts.

More than 130,000 square feet of office space has been recommitted by tenants COMSOL, Black Duck Software, and Regus, underscoring The District’s ongoing appeal to high-growth, innovation-focused companies.

The renewals include:

COMSOL, a global leader in multiphysics simulation software, expanded its presence by an additional 11,500 square feet at 100 District Avenue, bringing its total leased space to 45,500 square feet under a new 10-year lease.

Black Duck Software, a key player in application security, signed a 7-year renewal for its 45,000-square-foot headquarters at 800 District Avenue.

Regus, a pioneer in flexible coworking space, renewed its 43,000-square-foot lease at 1500 District Avenue for another 7 years, continuing to provide scalable workspace solutions to a variety of businesses.
