NBA Star Terance Mann Bought an All-New Los Angele…

Los Angeles Clippers fan favorite Terance Mann has picked up a modern farmhouse-style spread in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Tarzana. First listed for a speck under $5 million, records show the all-new property went to the shooting guard for a slightly discounted $4.8 million.

Built in 2022, the two-story home boasts six bedrooms and seven baths spread across almost 6,300 square feet of living space adorned throughout with hardwood floors, high ceilings, designer lighting and glass doors offering seamless indoor-outdoor environs. Amenities include a movie theater, wet bar sporting a wine fridge and an office with its own entrance.

Mann’s recently acquired residence sits on a walled and gated parcel spanning nearly a half-acre of land, with a driveway tucked off to the side of the wood-sided and stone-accented structure emptying out at a motorcourt and an attached three-car garage. From there, a walkway bordered by a manicured lawn leads up to the oversized front door, which opens into a soaring foyer that flows to a fireside living room on one side and formal dining room flaunting a striking wood-slat ceiling on the other.

Additional main-level highlights include a spacious family room anchored by a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace flanked by built-in shelving, plus access to a shaded patio that’s ideal for al fresco lounging and entertaining. An adjoining gourmet kitchen is outfitted with an expansive eat-in island, top-tier appliances, a breakfast nook and walk-in pantry.

Double doors open to the upstairs master retreat, which comes complete with a fireplace, dual showroom-style closets, and a marble bath decked out with dual vanities, a dressing area, soaking tub and large rainfall shower; and outdoors, the mostly turf-clad backyard hosts an infinity-edge pool and spa adjacent to a bath-equipped pool house, plus a kitchen/bar setup and fire-pit lounge area. Naturally, there’s also a sport court on the grounds.
