The South Station Tower is quickly becoming the talk of Boston as construction continues.  According to The Boston Globe, Texas development giant Hines, the tower’s developer, is unveiling the first look at 166 luxury condominiums this week. The first look will feature the upper floors of the 1-million-square-foot tower, perched atop 685,000 square feet of office space.  The much-anticipated condominium sales are set to kick off this fall, further fueling the excitement surrounding this architectural marvel in the heart of Boston.

Construction of the South Station Tower is progressing at an impressive pace, and its distinctive silhouette is now visible from miles away. This ambitious project is set to redefine Boston’s skyline; South Station Tower will be the fifth tallest building in Boston once complete, just behind the new Winthrop Center and Millennium Tower downtown.

High above the bustling streets of Boston, the South Station Tower offers its residents an unparalleled vantage point from which to admire the city’s beauty. The Boston Globe highlights the tower’s panoramic views, capturing the essence of this elevated living experience. From the top floors, residents will be treated to breathtaking vistas of the city’s iconic landmarks, including the Charles River, Fenway Park, and the historic South Station transportation hub.

The units, featuring “unobstructed views and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with impeccable finishes,” will transform the historic transportation hub by creating community within a community, Clarke said.
