For me, when I was a kid, I thought the Superman TV show was the greatest TV show ever.
Have you ever seen a rerun? You go, “What was I thinking. There’s not one believable part in this entire series.”
The Daily Planet. The newspaper. Largest circulation in the entire city. They had three reporters.
Each week two of them are tied up in a house or in a cave somewhere.
Superman and Clark Kent are the same person. But no one Knows because of the seceret idenity.
The disguise? A pair of glasses. That’s it. No other differences in the faces.
Why do I bring this up? I was at the library the other day working on my Beacon Hill condo for sale blog. A gentleman, came up to me and noticed I was working on a real estate blog post, and asked me do I knew John Ford. I responded, “that’s me.” “Oh” he said, “I didn’t recognozed with your glasses.”
For the record, John Ford the Boston Real Estate blogger and John Ford the Beacon Hill condo for sale broker, are one in the same. The only difference, when I put on my Beacon Hill condo for sale cape on I take off my glasses.
I can’t believe I have to explain this.
