Timothee Chalamet Bought Kate Upton’s Los Angeles …

Timothee Chalamet has long led a bicoastal lifestyle, splitting time between Los Angeles and his native New York City. And now the Academy Award-nominated actor has finally put down some West Coast real estate roots — turns out Chalamet was the buyer who recently paid $11 million for the secluded home of model Kate Upton and her husband, Houston Astros baseball star Justin Verlander.

Upton and Verlander put the house up for sale earlier this year, amid a firestorm of publicity. White oak floors flow into the family room, which offers a vaulted ceiling, and elsewhere lies a spacious lounge with a media center and a walk-in, climate-controlled wine storage room.

There are four bedrooms on the premises, including a master suite, two smaller “family” suites and a separate guest bedroom ideal for a live-in staff…
