Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg can breathe a sigh of relief.
The Hollywood legends’ homes have both been spared from the devastating LA fires that have ravaged the city this week.
Hanks, 68, and Spielberg, 78, both live in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, which has been decimated by the Palisades Fire, which began burning on Tuesday morning.
In aerial photos taken on Wednesday and obtained by The Post, the “Cast Away” actor’s clifftop mansion appears unscathed. The home just above Hanks’ was not so lucky, though. Blackened and still smoking, the structure was hollowed out by flames.
Spielberg’s nearby Spanish-style home also appeared to be untouched by the Palisades Fire as of Wednesday. Sources have also told TMZ that the sprawling estate has not been damaged.
Famously close, Hanks has starred in Spielberg’s World War II epic “Saving Private Ryan,” “The Terminal,” “Catch Me If You Can,” “Bridge of Spies” and “The Post.”
The Oscar-winning pals used to live even closer to one another in the Pacific Palisades, separated only by a couple of blocks in the hillside community.
That both of their homes have thus far survived the Palisades Fire is something of a miracle, given that whole streets were leveled by the blaze.
