What you should be aware of when renting a Boston Beacon Hill apartment
Today, I was showing an apartment that I have for rent on Charles St on Beacon Hill. The couple didn’t apply for it, the reason, no dishwasher. The reason I’m telling you this is please don’t assume that because Boston Beacon Hill apartments are expensive that they all have dishwashers or laundry in the unit or even in the building.
While on the subject of viewing a Boston apartment, especially in Boston’s Beacon Hill it’s a good idea to bring a measuring tape. What I’ve found is that most of the bedrooms in Beacon Hill. Back Bay and the North End tend to run very small so if your moving from your parent’s house or from another state, not all your furniture is going to fit.
I highly recommend that if you’re moving into a new Boston Beacon Hill condo or Beacon Hill apartment you reserve a space for your moving truck or van. You can do that by clicking on this Boston link > street permits
