This downtown Manhattan home is out of this world.
Actor Anthony Rapp — who made his name on Broadway in “Rent” and went on to play the openly gay Lt. Cmdr. Paul Stamets on “Star Trek: Discovery” — has listed the East Village loft he shares with his husband, life and leadership coach Ken Ithiphol, for $3.85 million.
Rapp, an Obie winner who also starred in the hilarious 1993 Texas high school comedy “Dazed and Confused,” and Ithiphol bought the second-floor loft at 32 E. 1st St. for $3.57 million in October of 2021.
Last December, they welcomed their first child, baby boy Rai Larson Ithiphol, via a surrogate. They are now on the market for a bigger, more family-friendly home.
“We don’t know yet where we’ll end up, but we are very excited by the possibility of a bigger space for our family,” the couple told The Post via email.
Rapp was also the first actor to accuse actor Kevin Spacey of sexual assault in 2017, when Rapp was 14 and the “House of Cards” star was 26. Rapp and another man filed a $40 million lawsuit against Spacey, which they lost last October.
This year, Rapp also starred in a one-person off-Broadway show, “Without You,” which was about bringing “Rent” to life — with songs from the musical and Rapp’s original compositions. He is now taking it on the road. First stop next week: San Francisco. He’ll also be doing a concert series with Adam Pascal at the Midtown Manhattan supper club 54 Below in January.
