ToggleWhat are some of your favorite winter activities around Boston?
There are so many fun and interesting activities around Boston in the winter months. These are some of my favorites to enjoy with my family:
- Ice Skating at the Frog Pond: Located in Boston Common, the Frog Pond is a popular spot for ice skating during the winter months. Imagine hosting a holiday party and inviting guests to enjoy the magic of ice skating in the heart of the city.
- Visit the Christmas tree at the Boston Common: The Christmas tree at the Boston Common is a beloved tradition. Each year, a towering tree is erected in the park and decorated with lights and ornaments. Imagine waking up on Christmas morning to see this beautiful tree outside your window. Check it out before it comes down for the year!
- See a Holiday Performance: The holiday season is a popular time for performances in Boston. Catch a show at one of the city’s many theaters, from the Boston Ballet’s Nutcracker to A Christmas Carol at the American Repertory Theater to Cirque Du Soleil’s ‘Twas the Night Before at the Wang Theater (I just saw this last night and it was amazing!). There are still some chances to see some of these fun shows!
In addition to these activities, countless other events and festivities are happening in Boston during the holiday season.
